    Are you coming to Montgomery for your affiliate group’s day at the Legislature? Mark your calendar now for a one-day trip to the capital – ACCMA on Feb. 26, AAEM on March 19, AAND on April 9  (in conjunction with CGEI Fundamentals of Emergency Communications Districts), ACAA on April 16 (in conjunction with the County Financial Workshop), CROAA on April 23 and ACEA on April 30. No registration is required for affiliate days at the Legislature.

    If you are going to the NACo Legislative Conference in Washington, D.C., in just a few weeks, make sure you sign up for the Alabama Congressional Delegates’ Breakfast on March 6 at 7:30 a.m.

    Safety training for insurance fund members
    If your county is working on the Safety Incentive Discount Program this year, be sure to send someone to the Alabama Jail Association’s conference next month in Huntsville.
