    Basic-Level Class for all programs

    It is imperative that all county employees develop a good understanding of Alabama’s Ethics Law and its impact on both employees and public officials serving in county government. This course will provide county employees with a sound practical understanding of the concept of ethics and a thorough foundation on Alabama’s Ethics Law and other constitutional and statutory provisions affecting the actions of county officials and employees both on and off the job.

    Directions to the hotel: Take Interstate 65 to exit 179. Travel west approximately one half mile to the third traffic light and turn left onto Highway 82. The hotel entrance is one quarter mile on the left.  The address is 2500 Legends Circle, Prattville, AL 36066.

    Registration and Cancellation Policy
    Registration for each class closes two weeks prior to the date of the class.  Payment must be received prior to the date of the class.

    Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the date of the class. Registrants will still be responsible for payment for cancellations made with less than two weeks notice, and no refunds will be available within two weeks of the class.

    Class participants will only receive credit for the class if they attend the entire class.  There are no exceptions to this policy.
