| Joint Bid Program | Debris Services |
Once again, the Association of County Commissions of Alabama is soliciting bids for the Regional Debris Removal and Monitoring Service Contracts. These bids are to provide counties with pre-event contracts for debris removal and monitoring services in the event of a natural disaster. All vendors are encouraged to submit bids for the seven regional contracts providing debris removal and monitoring services for all counties in each region found on the Region Map.
The bid opening will take place at the Association office beginning at 10:00a.m. on Friday, July 31, 2015.
In each region, there will be two awards to the lowest responsible bidders: one for removal and one for monitoring. Each bidder must provide the Association with the invitation to bid, the written specifications for the regional debris service, and the Bid Submittal Form to be used in submitting a bid. Each bidder may submit bids for one or more of the seven regions found on the Region Map.
Any questions or problems related to downloading or obtaining copies of this Invitation to Bid or the specifications should be directed to Brandy Perry at firstname.lastname@example.org or 334-263-7594.
